Trail Walk

Every chance we get, on nice days, either Pat, or I, (or both!), take Lucas for a walk/ride in his blue car. He knows exactly which point he's allowed to get out of the car and start walking...and he gets very excited for it! We do a loop of our neighbourhood, which includes a trail where there are horses on one property...and goats at another!

Today, we decided to bring Nathan for the first time. Usually on the days he's with us, we stick the road.

So happy to be on the loose!

"C'mon friend, you're holding me back!"

(Lucas came back, because Nathan hadn't followed him yet)

Meet Lucas' friends. He loves these goats, and waves 'hi' and 'bye' each time. He also 'calls' them bye smacking his lips. Ultra cute.

The big one on the right is clearly the boss. Often times s/he chases the other two off when we arrive and if they try and come back, more chasing...and then it's head-butting time. Lucas gets a real kick out of that!
