Taking Care Of Loved Ones
Even though Lucas has his 'moments', as I'm sure most nearly-two-year-olds do, he sure does display a 'loving' side at times!

Car Carrier
Here's Lucas playing with his wooden car carrier that he picked out with some of his Christmas $ from Auntie Melanie and Uncle Carlo. I think he's in love :)

I Love My Brain
Look closely at the following picture...
We have marked Lucas' height twice on this doorframe, with the intention of using our trusty magic eraser to remove it....once I've found a paper growth chart we can use instead. I just got a lead on one today, so we should be able to remove the markings soon. Anyway, I guess Pat must've put the pencil close to the edge of the table/counter when we were done marking, because half an hour later, he found Lucas marking the wall himself! So funny~you can't really blame the kid when we were just drawing on the wall a short time ago! Note to us: pay attention where pencils/pens/crayons/markers are left behind!
(On a side note...yes, we know it's not even Feb.24 yet...it was supposed to be 21, but for whatever reason, 24 is what was written! And if you're curious, our 22" long bouncing baby boy is now a whopping 36" tall!!!)

Big Boys
The boys were so proud to sit on the stools for their snack this afternoon. Lucas gets to all the time, but it was new to have Nathan join him :)

More Practice
More somersault practicing....
What a surprise, Lucas is taking his pants off. This is a several-time-per-day occurance.

Caution...Chocolate!
Lucas got this adorrrable helmet from Uncle Allan for Christmas. It says CAUTION on it, but he was fast, I couldn't get a good shot this time. We've been trying to get him used to before he hits the pavement on his bike. No pun intended!
Mmm, chocolate.
