More Snow!

Guess who got moooooore snow? This was much more significant than last time!!!

Snow!

Lucas was pretty excited for the SNOW we got today. It wasn't much, but enough to have some fun in! He especially loved shoveling! It was his request, so that's what we spent most of our time doing! I should record it so I can show him when he's a teenager how fun it is when he doesn't want to do it!

Meeting Kevin!

We recently went for dinner at Grandma Ben and Grandma Marie's house. Marie's son, Kevin, was in town, and we were meeting him for the first time. Lucas is usually shy when he first meets people, but he just latched right onto Kevin right away, and just loved his new 'buddy'! Here they are watching Caillou together!

Tea For Two

MALIYA got a baby tea set for Christmas. The teapot plays some great songs that she loves!

...and so does her BROTHER! You can change the settings so it sounds like it's pouring tea, and he just looooves to fill up the cups for us! "More tea, Mommy?"

It also came with a few desserts, which he also likes to dole out. In this picture, he is saying "No more pictures, Mommy!!!" Hmm, does he feel it's 'wrong' to play 'tea party?'

The Saddest Girl...

Little Miss Maliya had her 6 month shots yesterday.

This is her today....

This poor girl looked like this almost the entire day.....and that's WITH Tylenol! The combination of teething and shots is not good!

She was happy to watch us eat our dinner though!

And she did enjoy her bath. Phew. I wasn't even going to give her one tonight, as she usually has one every other night. Buuut, she does love her bath, so why not bring some happiness into her day!?!

Let's hope for a much happier girl tonight and tomorrow! Sleep tight baby girl!

On a side note: before her shots, she was weighed and measured. She now weighs 12 lbs, 8 oz. She has only gained 8 ounces since her 4 month shots!!! I was concerned, but because she grew 6 cm, they were not too worried, as she is clearly growing! They do want us to keep an eye on her weight, but aren't concerned at this point. Such a difference going from a giant baby (Lucas weighed over 20 lbs at his 6 month mark!!!), to a tiny one!
